		Corner Rounding Die Cutting Paper Board Schwab Paper provides die cutting for both the food and industrial sectors, specifically for paperboard and paper-based applications. We rely mainly on rotary die cutting and punch press die cutting methods, and our process is appropriate for products such as cell-dividers, corner cut-out layer boards, and cookie dividers. Currently, we feature the following types of paperboard: SBS, poly coated, wax-coated, chipboard, clay/news back, and laminated foil board. Our paper variants include waxed, quilon, steak, glassine, loin, kraft, poly coated, and newsprint. 		Scoring Paper Board Schwab Paper offers contract and just-in-time scoring paperboard services for a range of product types, from hamburger packaging and load tags, to shipping pallet tags and signs. Using sheet feed as our primary scoring method, we offer both crease and perforation scoring on coated polyethylene, polyester coated, clay coated chipboard, and laminated foil board paperboard variants. We feature a maximum material length of 30 inches, and a material width between .500 inches and 26 inches. 		Sheeting Paper & Paper Board Serving the food and industrial sectors, Schwab Paper is proud to offer contract and just-in-time sheeting paper and paperboard capabilities. With tight tolerances of ± 1/16 inches, we provide a variety of lengths, with a maximum paperboard length of 96 inches and a maximum paper length of 48 inches. Roll widths range from 12 inches to 72 inches for paperboard, and 20 inches to 80 inches for paper, while core diameters run from 2 inches to 16 inches for paperboard, and 2 inches to 12 inches for paper.
